The basis of these courses is Health & Safety Act, European Directives, Modernising Agenda, Protecting Vulnerable Adults & Agenda for Change.

• Staff responsible for developing policies and strategies on supporting vulnerable people live independently in their own homes, supported housing for vulnerable people, day care & residential care for vulnerable people
• Care Managers & Social Workers providing vulnerable people care in the community
• Home Carers, Community Carers, Support Workers, Key Workers, Day Care Workers & Outreach Workers providing vulnerable people care & support in the community.
• Ward nursing staff & Community Nurses working with vulnerable people in the community
• Housing Officers providing support to vulnerable people in the community
• Managers responsible for delivering services for vulnerable people in the community
• Occupational Therapists (OT), District Nurses, Community Mental Health Nurses (CPN) & other support staff providing care & support in the community.
